Where and how can a VEX Gift Card be exchanged?

How do I get help with my online VEX Gift Card purchase?

For help with online purchases of VEX Gift Cards, you can contact us via email at info@vexgiftcards.com or call our helpline on 0371 200 1254. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 12:pm. Please quote your order number when you contact us.

What will happen after I place my order online?

We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery date we will send you another email informing you that your Gift Card has been despatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.

What are the payment methods online?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".

What do I do if I want to place an order for Gift Cards over the value of £500?

Can I send a personal message with the Gift Card?

Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your Gift Card online.  Your message will be included with your order.

Do you offer a same day despatch service?

Same day despatch is available online, before 3pm Monday to Friday, and costs £7.50. If you require same day despatch delivery, please select this option online or alternatively call 0371 200 1254 to place an order by telephone. Orders need to be placed by 3pm to be despatched the same day.

What is the validity period of my VEX Gift Card?

VEX Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
